Triumph Tree Co., Ltd / TTC – The Tree Company warrant our Artificial Christmas tree products against defects in materials or workmanship for a specified period according to the Warranty or Guarantee card that is included with the product

The Warranty period can vary from model to model, according to the type of material used in the tree, which affects the overall price.

The warranty starts from the date of original purchase. Proof of purchase is required, so please retain your Sales Receipt or Bill of Sales.

The warranty does not cover damages to the product resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, rust, normal wear, colour fastness of white trees or frosting/snow effects, durability of any pre-attached pine cones, or colour fading over time.

If there are defective light sets on a pre-lit tree, at our option only the defective light set will be replaced, not the whole section of tree or the whole tree itself.

Our products are for Indoor use only, unless specifically mentioned on the product as being suitable for Outdoor use.
